Tutoring Outreach Program

T.O.P. trains and places teen volunteers at the US Dream Academy in Baltimore, an organization that provides after-school mentoring to at-risk kids. Through T.O.P., 50 teens volunteer five days a week to run 11 different classes and clubs, ranging from college prep to science to athletics to film. Students also participate in special programs, like field trips and an international pen-pal program, and have seen their grades rise nearly 20%.
